About GES
Our leadership
GES is led by a team of engineers, architects and project managers who have delivered projects across every sector we serve. Our leaders stay close to the work: on site, in design reviews and in front of clients.
How We Lead
Leading from the site
01
Hands-on leadership
Directors are personally involved in every major project, from bid to handover.
02
Engineering first
Decisions are grounded in technical expertise and site experience.
03
Long-term relationships
We measure success by the clients who return and recommend us.
